New 20's coaching setup announced

Young Munster RFC would like to introduce the new U20s coaching team for the 2019/20 season.

The coaching setup is of former and current senior players in the club and a management team of lifetime Young Munster supporters.

A major emphasis has been put on the structure, development and success of who the club view as the future senior players within the club.

Each player will receive an individualized strength and conditioning programme and nutritional information as well as position specific coaching to further develop every player’s rugby playing ability.

Each player will have specific training plans

On-field training is held on Wednesday evenings at 6:45pm in Tom Clifford Park.
