It is with immense honour and a profound sense of privilege that I take up this role as President of Young Munster RFC. Having been a lifelong member of this esteemed club, I am delighted to follow in the footsteps of my predecessor, Mr John Brown, whose dedication has contributed to our club’s ongoing success.

This season is particularly special as we prepare to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Young Munster RFC in 2025. For over a century, our club has been a cornerstone of the community, embodying the values of sportsmanship, dedication and camaraderie. Reaching this milestone is a testament to the unwavering commitment and tireless efforts of our players, coaches, volunteers and supporters.

At Young Munster RFC, we are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for all members. From our thriving minis, girls’ and youth sections to our formidable senior teams, we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all players to develop their skills, enjoy the game and build lasting friendships.

We are also profoundly grateful to our sponsors. Your generous support is integral to our success and we thank you for your unwavering partnership.

As we embark on another exciting season, I wish everyone a successful and enjoyable year ahead. Let us continue to uphold the values of sportsmanship and excellence that define Young Munster RFC.

Thank you for your ongoing support and passion for our club. Together, we will continue to achieve great things.

Yours in rugby,

John Fitzgerald. President

Young Munster RFC.
