Under Age Weekly Update March 11th 2016

Good afternoon all,

Places in three finals are up for grabs this week-end with our Under 13, 14 and 15’s in semi final action on Sunday. We would urge all our parents and supporters to come out and support our teams this week-end.

Our Under 18’s interest in this year’s BOI Pan Munster came to an end last Sunday, when they bowed out at the semi final stage on a score line of17-14 to a very strong Tralee XV . After a dull enough opening period, we found ourselves 17-0 down, but they showed typical “Munster’s” fighting spirit to claw their way back to 17-14, but despite some heroic efforts, the final try evaded us.

Well done to our Under 12 and 11 squads who participated in the Willow Park tournament in Dublin last week-end. Indeed our Under 11’s were awarded a trophy for being the best behaved team at the tournament. Well done to all players and coaches.
