Attention Mini’s Coaches!!!! As there is an Under 18 match due to be played on the main pitch at Clifford Park on Sunday at 11.00 a.m. we are requesting that the pitch is free for their use by 10.30, so it might be an idea to start earlier and finish up by 10.30, we apologise for this inconvenience.

Strength & Conditioning

Thanks to all who attended the Coaches meeting on Tuesday, and a special thank you to Owen Tarrant for his presentation on “Strength & Conditioning”. We are very much indebted to Owen for making himself available to us to spearhead a tailor made strength & conditioning programme for our Youth Section. This is being kicked off at Under 14 and 18 levels and will be rolled out to other age groups later. As a club and as a committee, we are extremely anxious to get this initiative up and running as soon as possible and we would urge coaches to get involved and up and running as soon as possible – I’m sure Owen would be glad to assist.
